We ensure that safety is always at the forefront of our operations with innovative communication campaigns, regular training programmes, monthly reports and our ‘Themes of the Month' initiative. At BIS Inspection we proactively promote our belief that it's possible for everyone to complete a job safely and that everyone has the right to stop a job if they consider it unsafe.
Our Occupational Health (OH) programme aims to prevent ill health arising from work activities and to promote wellness among our employees. Many of our employees work in physically demanding roles which put them at greater risk of musculoskeletal problems. We offer practical support and training for employees and managers to raise awareness of work-related health issues and encourage personal responsibility for all aspects of health both at work and more broadly.
