BIS Inspection leads the market in competency assurance
BIS Inspection is devoted to the development of its technicians and has therefore recently developed an extensive competency program through an external body, namely TWI Aberdeen.
The competency program is the first stage in the technician's personal development plan. Each technician undergoes independent assessment on practical fabrication & in-service components.
Assessment results are then analysed to identify any skills gaps and employer specific CSWIP In-service NDT courses are provided to bridge these gaps, aiding technicians with the correct skills to provide clients with services that exceed their expectations.
In addition, BIS Inspection has access to several CSWIP employer specific In-service NDT courses for techniques including Ultrasonics, Computed radiography, Visual Inspection and Phased Array.
